Settlers Ridge is a unique Organic Winery that produces 100% certified organic wines from the beautiful Margaret River Wine Region. A small, family owned winery, Settlers Ridge Organic Wines was established in 1994. Twenty two years on Settlers Ridge have won numerous awards, competing in mainstream wine shows.

Proprietors Wayne and Kaye Nobbs have developed an iconic Margaret River winery and turned to Arrowsmith Finance to assist in refinancing their current financier. “We just weren’t getting the support or the interest from our existing financier. Acquisition Funding - Geographe Underground Services

Aaron Myles approached Arrowsmith Finance to assist in structuring acquisition finance for the purchase of Geographe Underground Services (GUS). GUS is a Busselton based underground services company that is a preferred vendor for Western Power as well as a number of other Utility providers such as NBN and Water Corporation.

GUS specialises in the installation of underground services and directional drilling and has been working in the industry for over 12 years. The business also provides contracting services to various Shires, Developers, Wineries and Contractors state wide.

Aaron required a structure that enabled him to acquire the business using the cashflow generating from GUS for servicing. The structure needed to ensure that not only the purchase price, but ongoing working capital requirements were taken into consideration. 

Arrowsmith is highly experienced in cashflow lending and formulated a debt package that met all the needs of GUS and was competitively priced.
