Key Personnel
Simon Munrowd-Harris has a long career in banking & finance having most recently run CBA’s commercial broking team in WA. Simon has previously held senior corporate lending roles at GE, HSBC and is also a CPA. Simon delights his customers with his service focus & transactional skills gained over 20 years in the industry.
Stephen Dark is an expert in asset finance with over 20 years of deep and broad experience in structuring and executing on complex bespoke transactions. Prior to joining Arrowsmith Finance, Stephen held executive roles in several financial institutions. As Director at ANZ’s Structured Asset Finance business, he arranged and executed over $500M in 5 discreet complex transactions. Prior to ANZ, Stephen held leadership roles at Caterpillar Financial Australia Limited, where he partnered with Caterpillar dealerships and clients in the civil construction and mining sectors to facilitate the funding of equipment.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Banking and Finance from Charles Sturt University Bathurst as well as a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
